This is license agreement between you, program user, and Pavel Dohnalek ( author of the program, further referred to as "author" ). Please, read terms of usage. By using the program you agree with this license agreement. In case you disagree, you are not allowed to use the program.
This license agreement allows user to use application for totally non-commercial purposes. It is not allowed to used this program commercially or in companies. To obtain commercial or company license it is necessary to contact author. This implicates explicit prohibition of creating copies that would be sold.
It is not allowed to intervene in code of the program, edit that code, change it, decompile it, convert it from machine code, analyze it or derive any other product from it. It is not allowed to hold source codes by anyone else but author. It is also not allowed to distribute any part of the program separately.
It is allowed to distribute the program for free for non-commercial home use, program must be, however, preserved in it's original form, none of it's parts can be distributed if modified.
Author is not responsible for any damage caused by use of the program. Author reserves right to change license terms or program parts anytime and without any warning.
